I kept losing
my body.
Not all at once. That would've been easier to catch.
Marcelo Dauane · Engineering leader · Husband · Runner · Lifter
I lead engineering teams for a living. I run. I lift. I'm a husband. On paper, I know exactly what a healthy life looks like.
It happens slowly. Quietly. You're training, eating well, feeling like yourself. Then work gets heavy. A routine breaks. You miss a workout. Then another. The food slips. And three weeks later you look up and think: I lost it again.
I've been through that cycle more times than I want to count. What breaks you isn't the falling. It's knowing exactly how to get back up, and still ending up on the floor.
This isn't a knowledge problem. I know what to do. Most people do. The problem is staying consistent when life doesn't cooperate. And life almost never cooperates.
At some point, I stopped wanting to restart.
But then I thought about my wife. My mom. My sister. My friends. The people I love most in the world, and how every single one of them goes through the exact same thing. Tries. Falls. Gets back up. Falls again.
Nobody has really solved this.
Every tool out there is built for getting in shape. Not for staying there. Not for the Tuesday when you're exhausted and the last thing you want to do is anything. Not for the weeks when everything falls apart and you're just trying to hold the line.
That's where most people actually live.
Zone Six is built for that place.
Not for perfect days. Not for perfect people. For the version of you that's busy, tired, behind, and still moving.
I don't care about extreme transformations. I care about people being in control of their bodies, consistently, for the rest of their lives.
If I can do that for the people I love most, I've already won.
If I can do it for a billion people, even better.
If you've been on that floor too,
you're who I built this for.
Zone Six is in early access. Join the list and be part of building something that actually lasts.
